The AS Dealer Sites program was designed to help new or growing HVAC business owners quickly create an affordable, beautiful, mobile friendly website to help increase their online presence, customer base, and sales. We'll create and manage your site for you, and assist with any necessary co-op filing.
We'll need a few things from you before we can get started, all of which are covered within the Dealer Information Form you'll complete after making your site purchase. Examples of what we'll need from you include your logo, color scheme, service areas, hosting information, and several other basic pieces of information. The information you provide to us should be as complete and accurate as possible in order for us to complete your project quickly and professionally.
A delay in providing information could push the completion date of your project back several days. Always feel free to contact us with any questions you may have regarding what we might need to complete your project on time.
Once we have your completed Dealer Information Form, we'll get to work and have a draft of your website ready for your review within two weeks!
AS Dealer Sites will only use our own designs to build your website. We cannot modify your existing site, fix problems, or pick up where someone else left off. If you need assistance with these types of issues, please contact us directly and we can provide assistance through our parent business, Lawrence Media Group.
We require that we host all websites associated with AS Dealer Sites. We will not build a site outside of our servers. We can assist you with pointing your domain to our servers, if necessary. We promise it's an easy process!
We do not work with other creative or marketing agencies with regards to the website you purchase through AS Dealer Sites. Our company will provide all necessary services for your website including development, copywriting for local SEO, photo editing, and graphic design services.
Our goal through this project is to provide fast, affordable, effective websites for HVAC business owners. Because of the nature of the work, we split the full cost of your site and add-ons in half, 50% due up front, and 50% due at site launch. We do this because website projects often change in scope. For example, if you decide you want to add a photo gallery to your site, but you didn't select that add-on initially, we will add it to your final invoice so all services can be accounted for.
Accepted Payment Forms: We accept all major credit cards, direct bank transfers, and in some cases, checks. We support Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If you would like to pay for your project by check, please contact us directly and we will work to accommodate your request. If paying by check, work will not begin until your check has cleared our bank.
Cancellations: Our goal is to always provide excellent customer experience and a great end product. We understand things do happen, so if you have to cancel your project for any reason, we offer a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if we have not started working on your project. If we have started on your project, we will cancel all outstanding invoices and stop the project at that point. If we’ve fully completed your project and your site is virtually ready to launch, you may still cancel; however, we will not issue any refund to you at that time.
We reserve the right to work with any company we choose. Agents of AS Dealer Sites may elect to stop a project and issue any refunds, as necessary, at any time.
Domain Names: If you have a domain name already, we will assist you in pointing it to our hosting servers. If you do not have a domain name, we can register one for you and get it set up and ready for your new website. If you need a domain name, be sure to add that feature during checkout.
Hosting: If you already have a domain and hosting with a different company, such as GoDaddy, you can keep your domain name registration with them, but we will host your website. We will assist you with pointing your domain's nameservers to our privately hosted servers so we can ensure the speed, safety, and management of your website. If you have email accounts with other companies, they can stay as they are; we will only host your website.
Hosting Fees: Your first year of secure hosting with SSL certificate is included with the cost of your website. Your website hosting will be set to automatically renew at $360 per year thereafter. We take care of site security, site speed, and general upkeep of your website for you.
Ongoing Website Management: Once your website is paid for in full, you own it. You'll be responsible for hosting fees each year, and any other work you may want us to perform on your website (billed hourly, as needed). If you participate in a website and/ or social media management plan, those fees will be discussed separately and invoiced accordingly.
If, after one year of us hosting your website, you decide you want to move it to another server or provider, we will send you a full backup of your site so you may accomplish this. We will not move one of our websites to another server; you will need to have a developer do this for you if necessary. We will provide all files for your website as required.
If your company qualifies for co-op reimbursement, we will file the necessary co-op paperwork for you. Our website designs are always pre-approved for co-op, and will follow manufacturer's guidelines to the letter. Our Dealer Information Form covers co-op participation in more detail.
While your new website will perform well in organic search rankings, we like to drive ROI with multiple streams of traffic from different platforms. That’s why we always recommend monthly social media management services to further the advantage of your investment.
Through researching insights of our current monthly management clients, we’ve found that 30%+ of site traffic comes directly from users on social media. We design professionally branded content and consistently post to your Facebook, Instagram, and Google for Business pages to increase site traffic, brand recognition, and sales. We work hard to ensure you see steady business growth throughout your time working with us.
AS Dealer Sites offers 3 levels of social media monthly management packages. All services are approved for co-op reimbursement (often at 50%; depending on eligibility) and include monthly analytics to track performance. We send post drafts to you for approval by the third week of each month for upcoming month. You'll be able to access all social posts and analytics from your Client Dashboard.
Monitoring website traffic is an important part of ensuring your website's ROI. If you are enrolled in social media and website management with us, our monthly website analytics will present you with insights such as website traffic, referral sources, mobile user overviews, and website content viewed/ most popular pages. Even if you are not a management client, your website's analytics will be available for you to view at any time by visiting your website dashboard through your Client Portal.
Our clients, as well as ourselves, find this information to be very helpful in catering to the specific wants, needs, and demographics of your target audiences to increase sales and grow your business.
In addition to websites and social media management, we can also assist your business with traditional and digital advertising. Please contact us directly to inquire about traditional or digital advertising services.
We will maintain website and other marketing paperwork related to your purchase for up to 24 months. However, it is your responsibility to maintain copies of supporting documentation and reimbursement paperwork for as long as is needed for any business, government, or legal purpose. A full backup of your website will be stored on our servers and refreshed each week.

We work closely with independent HVAC Dealers, but are privately owned and will always represent our clients first.
