After purchasing your site, you’ll be automatically redirected to your customer portal where you’ll find and fill out our Dealer Information Form, which only takes about 10 minutes to complete. Once that’s done, we’ll have all the information we need to get started!
We’ll add your logo, colors, and business info to your new site. We even file co-op (based on your availability) and configure all hosting details. This part of the process takes less than two weeks, depending on the site size/ package you choose.
We’ll send your new site to you for a final review. Once you’ve approved the new site, we’ll make it live!

Market size plays the largest role in how quickly we can have your new website ranking on the first page of Google organically (vs. with paid ads at the top of the page). If there are only a few dealers within your market, we can easily get your business to show at the top of search results since each site page we make for you will be outfitted with local SEO, such as “AC Repair Your Service Area (X)”. Because of this practice, if a customer is sitting in location X and types in “AC Repair”, your website will be shown to them because we highlighted the keyword “AC Repair” and service area “X”.
If there are only a few dealers to compete with in your market, you can expect the keyword/ SEO work we put into your new website to boost your site onto page 1 of organic results within a few weeks to a couple of months after site launch. When your final invoice is paid, you own your website in its entirety. Since your site will “live/reside” on our servers, we charge an annual hosting fee of $360/year, starting 1 year after your site purchase date. This fee covers secure hosting, SSL certificate, necessary core site/security updates, fast site speeds, your annual domain name renewal (optional), and a guaranteed site uptime of 99.9+%. Our hosting fees are competitive with other hosting suppliers and we provide fast, reliable support.
We always recommend our clients participate in Social Media Management to drive continuous traffic to their new websites. If you are in this program, you will be billed monthly for the service and provided analytics showing the results we obtained from our campaigns. We always want you to know what you’re paying for– you should be seeing quantifiable results!
If you have any site updates you’d like us to perform and aren’t a social media/ website management client, we will gladly make those changes and invoice you for time spent. We understand things change! We’re happy to help with any changes your websites needs after its launch and throughout the years of its use.
Our Get Started page walks you through the entire site selection process and through payment processing. We split your project total in half, 50% due up front, 50% due at launch, so if there are any changes to the project, we can account for them with your second invoice. Often, Dealers decide they need a Careers page, photo gallery, or they want to get started with Social Media Management after they’ve already signed up for the program, so our 50% invoicing policy was designed to take care of this situation.
If your company qualifies for co-op reimbursement, we will file the necessary co-op paperwork for you. Our website designs are always pre-approved for co-op and will follow manufacturer’s guidelines to the letter.
