AS Dealer Sites makes no guarantee as to the success you may or may not have when hiring us to create a new website for you and/ or any success you might have with regards to any social media services we may provide for you. We make no guarantee regarding sales increases when employing our products and services.
3. AS Dealer Sites reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this program, or any portion of this program at any time.
4. As a participating dealer, you stipulate that your marketing and advertising programs are in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. AS Dealer Sites does not assume any legal responsibility for any dealer’s management and execution of their marketing programs.
5. Violation of these guidelines may result in termination of any applicable Distributor Agreement or Dealer Sales Agreement or any portion thereof, including but not limited to immediate revocation of any and all rights to use or display manufacturer’s intellectual property (logo’s, trademarks, etc).
6. You agree to the following cancellation policy: Our goal is to always provide an excellent customer experience and a great end product. We understand things do happen, so if you have to cancel your project for any reason, we offer a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if we have not started working on your project. If we have started on your project, we will cancel all outstanding invoices and stop the project at that point. If we’ve fully completed your project and your site is virtually ready to launch, you may still cancel; however, we will not issue any refund to you at that time.
7. We reserve the right to work with any company we choose. Representatives of AS Dealer Sites may elect to stop a project and issue any refunds, as necessary, at any time.
8. This program is subject to cancellation or modification at any time by AS Dealer Sites.
